I know that output impedence is measured by open-circuit voltage divided by short-circuit current like an in series resistor & it makes a voltage-source into a current-source which expands the frequency-response, while simultaneously altering a speaker's Q which dulls the transient dynamic-response.What is damping-factor? How is it measured? I realise its advantage in contrlling drivers, but everything is a compromise. What are its disadvantages?
