Re: A/B testing methodology question

As one of the lab rats in Phil's test, I'd like to make a few comments.
First, even if someone had been peeking, the amount of movement on Phil's part wouldn't have been noticeable, as it ocurred behind the equipment and only involved one very small movement which couldn't be perceived (as I found out AFTER the tests).
Beforehand, none of us had any idea of what it was or whether or not it involved addition, subtraction, switching, fairy powder.
Not only did I close my eyes, I turned my back on the demo.
My reaction to the first demo, at about 5 seconds, was immediate.
Forty seconds seemed like a very long time! I thought we were being bamboozled before I heard the change.
Phil is a tricky guy. =8^)
