Wow - I was even told by a (very reputable) dealer in the UK that the Audio Note he was selling was DEFINITELY the same company as the Japanese one - he said that the 'cheaper' models were made in the UK and the 'top of the range' were made in Japan.So either deliberately or through ignorance they are being represented as being the same company
