It is a name I went by (a middle name) for a long time and had been using it to post on audio asylum, so I often forget not to use it and whe I should only use the Paully monicer which is my preferred one. Yes, I am aware of the rules.Forgive me for saying so, but a non-compete signed by a $25K employee (one I was subjected to after I had accepted a position, quit my other job, and moved cross country so that there was no way to avoid it) is something quite, quite different than a principal in a firm who invites in outside investors to contribute cash and is asked to sign one. I have no idea what the original agreement was with the new management but I don't think the two are comparable. I still would like to know what the other side's story is, that's all.
