Not a SONY basher per se, but...

I had a REALLY lousy experience with them regarding car audio. I purchased a receiver that needed service at least 5 times, maybe more, and they never did get it right. This all ocurred within a few months of the original purchase date. I was charged a $30 install fee by the dealer each and every time. I complained to SONY and was told that they were not responsible for reimbursing labor costs.
