I've never been too impressed with the JM Labs either. I've only heard them at the shows, however. I've never had a problem with their tweeters, but with their diffuse sound and the cabinet construction. The width of their cabinets just seems like a conceptual flaw for a world class speaker.You can't take the sound at shows too seriously. I've never hear BAT sound any good at a show, but have heard great things from recent vintage mbl.
