RE: Hang on to your hats

The the three biggest errors in CD playback are vibration of the player (seismic type), fluttering of thr disc (due to out of level and out of round CD), and background scattered laser light getting into the photodetector. Obviously, you'd like to have a CD with the absolute polarity correct, not inverted. And a CD that's not overly compressed. Could be a case of Too many variables.
