Very true

and it's not just audio gear, but almost any product or service. Look at all the posts regarding this topic from people who have never had real customer service. You go in almost any store and some rude punk ignores you or treats you like you're a pest. On the phone you're lucky if you're not on hold for 20 minutes, then they treat you like crap. People growing up in this era think that is normal service. Sad.
