Re: I'm curious, what was your first *true* stereo system?

Circa 1969-- Dyna Stereo 70/ PAS-3x (built from kits) AR turntable; Shure M91e cartridge. Allied R2R tape deck. Utah 12" dual-cone speakers in 3/4" vented plywood cabinets, built to speaker mfrs. specs. (Look ma', no crossovers!!) Unknown model Sony AM/FM/FM Stereo tuner (about the size of a computer speaker; had illuminated round dial. Very cute little gadget that received stereo reasonably noise-free from stations about 50 miles distant.
