I remember the name, but not the gear. Sounds like we are of simular age. :-)Anyway, to add to this, my best friend got his brother's old Electrosonic (if I remember right) receiver that also contained an 8 Track tape recorder. The really cool thing about it was that it had a round tuner dial. He then bought a Rat Shack record changer and 2 way bookshelf speakers w/ real wood vineer. He still has those speakers. This was around 1980 and he was in the sixth Grade then.
