You are comparing apples to oranges. The ST-70 is a stereo amp that uses a pr of EL-34 per ch for ~35wpc
The HF-50 is a monoblock (need 2 for stereo) that uses a pr of EL-34 for ~50wpc.
The Dynaco equivalent to the HF-50 is the MK-2.
A pair of good working condition HF-50 will cost considerably more than an equivalent condition ST-70.
Best,
Ross
