RE: "What does 'accurate' even mean in audio?"

If I hear music when I'm out and about, I can pretty much always tell if it's live (amplified) or recorded. I'm only including the times when I am able to verify if it's live or not.

Does that mean anything? Who knows. But it's happened often enough, and all the sound reproduction systems were different, that I feel there is something about the difference between live and recorded music that is recognizable even at a distance. Is live more accurate? Not necessarily.

I haven't watched the video. I try to have my system sound the most pleasing to my ears, my very own unique audio sensing system... Accuracy not required. :)

Regards,

Steve
