Do you know the difference between a union signatory electrical contractor and a non union electrical contractor? The wallet of the non union electrical contractor is fatter.

The non union contractor will turn in a bid on a job just slightly lower than the union contractor. Yet he pays his JW electricians a little over half of the wage a union JW electrician is paid.
