I've not yet watched the video, but I know that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was a complete scam to give private bankers control over the entire monetary supply of the entire country.
It started with the "royal" families - and the British and Dutch ones (at least) are still around, with unimaginable wealth, control, and power. They granted powers to private bankers around 1800 or so and they quickly became nearly as rich and powerful (eg, the Rothschild family, originally from Germany and now based in England).
Others joined these "elite" as they accumulated vast fortunes, starting with the oil barons, the electrical barons (Edison and Westinghouse), the transportation barons, the military-industrial barons, and most recently the technology barons.
