RE: 10% net margin

Yep.

You are dead on. Factually? That's why the folks I USED to work for don't employ ANYONE anymore. My number were given as NET. Our "live or die" number was 12%. Despite my telling them numerous times that $20MM worth of business at 10% net margin was NOT better than $10MM at 15% net margin. You CANNOT make up for losses by increasing volume at a loss. :)

Think we're on the same page, though bits & pieces get confused & scrambled in the accounting.
