RE: Dumbest remark of the week from an audio customer

i can live with the 40% on some items, maybe all if it's a small dealer, small volume.

for that, you can reasonably expect outstanding service, maybe even more. from a reputable dealer with a good business flow, you can ask and receive 15% without hassle on his part nor guilt on your part. still, very good service is due.

BUT, from the high volume dealer where larger discounts can be depended upon, less attention can be paid and only good service, but don't expect to recognize you when you return infrequently because you get your deals online or the other hi volume outlets.

or any variation on those themes.
