Perhaps Roy's style of play is not your cup of tea. I have always likes the SRV style which to me seems very similar to Roy Buchanan. Songs seemed to end up in jams with "some" organization.Hey, I adore SRV, and this ain't even close to Stevie's style!
Thanks for the link. It is by far the most coherent playing I've seen Roy deliver. Still, most of the time he is just messing around, doodling. I'm not really hearing much music in his playing, just some gimmicky attempts at 'novelty' guitaring. Overall, still sounds broken to me. Sorry.
