There's one three blocks from my house. It used to be a Mail Boxes Etc. Since the change-over, I have not noticed a change in rates. You pay for the convenience and the service. The real UPS office is on the other side of town (Chicago). In a pinch, I use their "stores".I agree with others. When possible, I use Fedex.
