Can't tell you how many times I underestimated shipping, or under sold an item to begin with. However, I always have honored an agreement even if I lose a few bucks in the process. This guy should honor your agreement also. At the very least he should go ahead and ship and then wait for his additional $$$. Not everyone is prone to do the right thing though. Generally speaking money orders cannot be stopped or canceled, so it would seem you need to go with the flow. Let this guy know that the extra $$$ is on the way and ask him to not hold shipping the item. If he does this, it would be partial redemption. If not, you can deal with him in the feedback forum once the item arrives. Hopefully, fully functional. Btw, henceforth, do your dealings for items costing more than a couple of hundred bucks via telephone. I always do and often get a good feel for who I'm dealing with. If someone will not give his/her phone #, I will not deal with that person. Good luck.
