A deal is a deal and the seller is trying to change the terms after it was made and the $$ sent. Only a cheesy negative feedback deserving shmuck would do that! I'd send the $20 to protect my already $575 investment and trash his till now perfect feedback with something like SELLER EXTORTED EXTRA $20 AFTER $$ AGREED ON AND SENT!!!! or WARNING! SELLER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE SHIPPING and maybe leave a neutral feedback.
