I think the seller is a jerk. It almost never takes 9 days for a letter to arrive. Given the rest of the story I think he is lying about that too.These are the perils of buying over the internet from strangers in different parts of the country. I decided that anything over $50-100 has to through an escrow service or at least has to be on a credit card or I pass.
