I am asking because the human ear possesses a short-term memory
for subtle differences of sounds but no long-term memory for subtle differences which means that A/B test listening which is interrupted by pauses longer than a few seconds frequently doesn't lead to conclusive results. Or did you use another method of test listening
and comparing ?
