I personally would not do business with someone who said that. I have found that people with positive feedback and are verified (ie; one's who "want" the sale or buying experience to be to "both" seller and buyer's satisfaction) are a pleasure to do business with. I can usually tell by the "first" email what kind of experience it is going to be. Generally, I have found this is almost always true.
