they turn over to Purolator when it clears customs. I;ve been using them for a while with no problems, after many headaches with UPS and FedEx. CAn't get away from broker fees, but PBB - the broker for Airbrone Express and Purolator - is pretty reasonable compared to UPS/FedEx.
