As a UPS employee for more than 20 years, I would check out USPS first. They seem to be able to do it easier and cheaper than UPS. I found this out first hand sending a 1LB. package to Canada. $2.00 and only one form to fill out. UPS needs 3 forms and costs twice to three times that amount. WOW!
