I too delt with their outsourced subscription department in Florida on numerous occasions- they were the worst customer service, ever.
Repeated nightmare. Every time I would call-up the magazine to complain and get something actually done, Listener said they were changing subscription outsourcers- IT NEVER HAPPENED.
