Wait...as my post below infers, I had problems...long past e-mail, with the current fulfiller, not a few years ago though, maybe 2 at most. Then we took it to phone (by "we", I mean a 3rd party "who counts" who unbeknownst to the fulfiller had placed the conference call [their idea, not mine, their nickel too], but did not speak). It was a joke the tactics that were attempted, the 3rd party couldn't believe it. I was told to ignore the fulfiller, no problem, so I did. I bought on the news stand ever after. It's possible some other people may have had a jerky experience with them too, but OTOH I'm sure some problems by joe-subscriber were resolved.
