I am personally of both approaches....... It must sound good, but for the right reasons....... If it sounds good and doesn't measure well, it probably sounds good for the wrong reasons- In time I often pick up on the deficiencies and am generally not satisfied with such equipment long-term........ (This is also why I don't post quick reviews anymore.) If it measures well and sounds awful, the scope of the measurements isn't adequate.![]()
