RE: The "Mod" industry.

I modded my 2001 Corvette Z06 to race part time and to beat up other European cars at Hockenheim, some would say that the Z06 is good enough for what it is, yes, but I wanted more, so the mods began, suspension, brakes, headers, heads and cam, Doug Rippie racing coolers for rear end and tranny, Sachs shocks, Ron Davis racing radiator with engine oil coller, Hurst shifter, factory T1 racing sway bars, all of this to make me seconds faster at that famous race track, especially Sachs curve. I am lucky that I have reached mod fever with the home system yet.
