David,I hear 'lots of' vinyl available cheap quite often, however, like you, I listen to some obscure import titles which are not available as records.
While I agree, in general, one can obtain a good fidelity relatively for cheap from the analogue format compared to the same investment spent in digital gear, ultimately, the choice of tunes and convenience outweigh what analogue playback has to offer for me.
