"Any system without a turntable is broken, imo."I have a friend who's gone berserk lately and purchased some really, really nice gear (Burmester pre, Thor pre, Kora pre, AG Duos, ML 31, dCS Delius/Purcell, AL 2400, Cary 2A3s yadda, yadda, yadda.) He recently bought his wife a Project (or MMF) TT for the HT system and has no desire to throw it and listen. With a decent stage in the Kora he could easily get a taste, notwithstanding the fact that he has very few albums out of a thousand CDs. However, he says that he has his priorities and vinyl ain't one of them. Sigh.......
One would think that with his focus being mostly on the 'playback' part presently, he'd be slightly curious, but no.
Tis a shame.
