For shear Hollywood blather in sci-fi I think the top of my list is the line in "Independence Day" when two pilots are talking in the locker room:
Pilot Buddy 1 to Will Smith:
"If ya wanted to be an astronaut, you never shoulda married a stripper."
So very true and words I've lived by ever since.
