Regarding your first question, yes, you can leave the diodes and resistors on the board and just disconnect HA1 and 2 when you go back to tube rectification. They are out of the circuit at that point.I'm not sure about your other questions, but the voltages on the -bias and +bias terminals of the pots seem a bit high. They are supposed to be -39VDC and -26VDC, respectively.
