No one else is replying so I'll take a stab, although I'm just a novice who knows enough to be dangerous. Most of the heavier watt resistors are + or - 5% and your measurements are within that. I'm not familiar with the MK3's but 10 watt rated resistors seems to be overkill for a bias circuit. Are you using them from cathode to ground on the output tubes?I would say if you use them, use the ones that are closely matched and adjust your bias voltage accordingly.
