I'm still not really communicating what I am trying to say.ZS KEKL thinks SACD is dead because of all the "modern" Pop/Rock type of music which is coming out on DualDisc most will Dolby Digital and no hi res soundtracks.
When I listen to all of the these modern artist's at Tower Records or Borders I wonder where all the good music is. I know when I was young that groups like Pink Floyd (except for "Money") were not played on Top 40 radio so I know that hidden away somewhere there are talented youngsters somewhere out there that can play good music. The good music in rock is not the Top 40 radio hits and usually the artists that are starving and trying to get by and really put their hearts and soul into making music. I know they are out there somewhere. Anyway I'm getting off track. I feel the music that ZS KEKL is shilling for is not good music and that does bother me a lot especially since some of the artists are on SACD and if you look at this posts from 2-3 years he completely trashed these same artists.
So I am sorry you also got into my disagreement with ZS KEKL but modern music is not good music for me except for maybe 1% of it.
So what to call the other 99% that ZS KEKL is selling? That is the mystery as I really though "teenybopper music" was a good name but as bad as it is it's not as bad as bubblegum music or Debbie Gibson.
But on the other hand ZS KEKL ignores most of what I say anyway. Main thing is the music he is hawking is no threat whatsoever to Classical or Jazz SACDs or DVD-Audio's for that matter.
Happy listening,
Teresa
