You will be convinced to go with it. I bought mine when they came out, and it has always worked to perfection. I thought I wanted a 306-200, but another forum member A/Bed them and couldn't tell the difference in the sound. Best 12AU7s are Amperex halo getter 7316s or Mullard "long plates" if you want it a little jucier. A TG Audio SLVR powercord adds better macro and micro dynamics, PRAT and tighter bass.
