About 6 weeks ago, my 'new to me' Classe CDT-1 transport started skipping randomly. Hoping to save a few dollars I opened it up and cleaned the laser rails with a q-tip and relubed them. Turns out the grease on the rails had hardened because the previous owner had the unit boxed and in storage for the past few years.
Runs like a champ, and saved me a bit-o-cash to boot....
