Home Digital Drive

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Sharp Electronics

Sharp Electronics was one of the first to bring a digital amplifier to market, and although the few reviews I’ve seen are very positive, they’ve never gotten much notice. I guess the company’s image is too downmarket (although their top digital amp is a whopping $16K). They now have a range of products with digital amps, including home theater and desktop systems. One of the unique things they have is an amplifier that accepts the DSD digital stream, and an SACD player with digital output.
