Customer service in this case only works if customer service has the parts. Parts long gone.
Incorrect assumption. I was told it's the same board they now use with the DAC9 - which likewise didn't support Linux when introduced.
They no longer offer updates to many products that are easily serviced by them. My acquisition was actually pitched as an optional upgrade as I did a dumb thing and spilled some water in mine requiring repair.
