RE: Ok, Coming Down to the Wire...

One of the nits I had with Qobuz was the track descriptions weren't complete. So say an album had 3 works on it, violin conerto, cello concerto, piano concerto, it didn't label them accordingly. It was 1. Molto Allegro 2. Andante Cantabile 3. Poco something or other. I found when I switched to the same album on Spotify the descriptors were all there. So, since I listen to 99.9 percent classical it was a bit annoying. I don't know where the glitch lies in that.

I have so many discs, and some aren't available on any of the services, that I do need the plastic spinner. I really HATE doing the data entry of correcting the meta data after importing, it's worth the money to me to have that available. And I have a hundred or so SACD's (some of which are DSD only) so I need that feature. I am starting to do some downloads now as some of the music is only available that way. I do have my limits, and $100 for an OOP disc is over it. I did just pay $20 for a used Mahler 1, but I want to take it with me to audition some equipment.
