That usually means that as far as the computer is concerned an account already exists for that address. I have had this happen with other vendors. It may mean that you once opened an account with them and have since forgotten about it or, more likely, that in trying to open an account you have abandoned a partially completed attempt but got as far as entering your email address which the computer has retained.
There actually are available contact details. At the bottom of the left hand column on the home page you will find "help". Open that and there is an option " contact" which provides a form for your completion. Or you can just email them at : contact@hdtracks.com.
