Even though the bit depth of the Masters files is 24 bits, you're not getting much more resolution than the 16-bit HiFi files because the lower bits are used to store the folded ultrasonic content in pseudo-noise.
I'm not a fan of MQA either, so I switched to Qobuz. Qobuz is better for classical (IMHO) and streams full hi-res files unadulterated by MQA's folding.
