My beloved AM Enkianthus X was being diagnosed for 4 months by a pro tech here in NYC. After vigorous study and the process of elimination the conclusion was the chip was the culprit of the "sound dropping syndrome". Now there is no sound at all. Plan "B", I called the dealer who sold me the DAC. The bad news is that Audiomeca is history and the Anagram chip is no more. I will consider a second look at opinion or detach myself and move on.
