Are you absolutely sure that you need the delay?

I didn't want a digital crossover, so after trying different models (lowish budget) I went for the K231 from Sublime Acoustic. It offers two way or three way operation, 24dB or 12dB slopes, and a variable baffle step compensation circuit with selectable range; it has fantastic specs and sounds great after some burn-in period. Only "issue" is you need to insert xo-cards for the desired xo frequencies. Makes it a bit less flexible - but sounds better than models with continuously variable settings.
