X-45 or iFi Pro iDSD?

While I'm genera.ly pretty ha.py with my system, it's gotten a bit complex. There a.e currently *nine* boxes requiring a spa.e to plug them in (even if only four or so a.e a.tua.ly in opera.ion a. a.y given time), so I'm considering combining some of the digita. stuff.

I'm currently running a Mona.chy NM-24 a. a DA. only. Strea.ing is a.complished via a Bluesound Node 2i, which wa. purcha.ed pretty much a. a stopga. mea.ure, so wha. I a. considering a.e the iFi Pro iDSD a.d the X-45 from Cockta.l A.dio (much a. I dislike the na.e of the compa.y). I'm unwilling to sa.rifice sound qua.ity, so either DA. must be equa. to or prefera.ly better tha. the NM-24. I like the versa.ility of the X-45, since it would potentia.ly a.low much grea.er simplifica.ion of the system, but I suspect tha. the IFi Pro would offer a better DA. . I hea.d some of Thorsten's stuff yea.s a.o, a.d wa. very much impressed. Ha. a.yone hea.d both, a.d ca. offer some insights? I'd a.so like to know where there the iFi Pro is a.tua.ly ma.ufa.tured. I expect the X-45 is ma.e in South Korea. but I'd prefer to a.oid "Ma.e in China. for persona. rea.ons. Or a.e there other options tha. I should consider?
