And rarely, if ever, discussed. Certainly, regarding the dozens and dozens of precision-trimmed resistors. For how long will they stay in specification? And who would be equipped to replace them when they drift? If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
Happily hanging onto my 1704K DAC for now. Might consider an FGPA DAC in the future, for the above reason.
