I bought one for my second system.
It made a VERY positive contribution to overall SQ.
But, I think it is source and DAC dependent.
I am using it between an Apple TV (3) and Peachtree DacIt and the difference was noticeable. Smoother, less glare, more impactful, more listenable.
But, if you use it in front of a better DAC that handles jitter well, it may not be as impactful.
