I'm not sure what the AA DTI Pro32 sell for these days, I bought one 'new second hand' and it was expensive back in the mid 90s. It made a notable difference when used with AA DDEv3 DAC via I2S. Some years later I sold the pair and haven't looked back.
My understanding is that the Monarchy unit and particularly the Genesis Digital Lense were regarded as superior, this was based on user reviews. The guy I purchased the Pro32 from was selling to purchase the Genesis unit.
If you can't use the 32's I2S output, I'd go with one of the others.
