the Bluenote "tubed" Stibbert for several years now and really love it. Rolling tubes can make or break this unit IMO though. Recently heard it against the Esoteric X03se that had more detail but not as "analog" sounding IMO. Yes the esoteric had more defined bass, more pin-point imaging BUT.......
