I've had it a couple of weeks now and it seems to be quite good, although I've only had a quality Digital IC in for a couple of hours of that time (waiting on a new one). Two caveats. The stock feet are very soft and must be bypassed/replaced to clear up an otherwise muddy sound and soft bass. And, as I had no patience with the sound of the stock JJ 6922 (muddy and lacking resolution), a NOS replacement went in after a couple of hours: a gold pin Amperex 7308. Would the JJ get better with break-in? Probably. But it's still not a NOS tube.
I intend to mod it also.
